Returns Policy
Your rights
When you buy goods from Cairn Glass Art, you have a number of legal rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Our policy
In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the goods to us in the original packaging, if possible, with the original receipt within 7 days and we will make arrangements for the money to be refunded, provided the goods returned are not broken or damaged. Note: our products are bespoke designs and duplicates are not available.
